Resident Leader in Guatemala

Join WIND as a Resident Mission Leader serving the Ixil people in San Juan Cotzal, Guatemala. This role focuses on collaboration, training, and community outreach while providing leadership in ministry.

WIND is seeking a dedicated individual to enhance its mission through impactful leadership and support of local initiatives. You will ensure effective operation of programs, develop relationships with indigenous leaders, and provide training to local pastors. This position offers a unique chance to make a difference for at least one year, preferably two, while officially serving under ACTION's umbrella.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure effective and efficient operation of WIND programs

• Build networks and represent WIND to partners

• Develop training classes for local pastors

• Provide logistical and translation support to the team

• Conduct outreach work with local church leaders

Requirements:

• Minimum age of 21 years

• Growing Christian, active in local church

• Cross-cultural and mission experience

• Adaptability to challenging circumstances

• Spanish proficiency desired but not mandatory
