Discipleship and Pastor at CtK

Lead the discipleship and mission programs at Christ the King Presbyterian Church as an ordained pastor. This role combines preaching and teaching with a commitment to biblical justice and cross-cultural outreach.

Christ the King Presbyterian Church is seeking a dynamic Assistant Pastor of Discipleship and Mission to guide its ministries during a time of growth. This role focuses on enhancing community life while equipping members for cross-cultural discipleship. Ideal candidates will have strong preaching skills and a dedication to fostering disciples within the church.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead church-wide discipleship initiatives and strategic oversight

• Preach and teach regularly with clarity and depth

• Foster community engagement in biblical justice and mercy

• Develop and supervise ministry staff effectively

• Cultivate cross-cultural discipleship among members

Requirements:

• Ordained teaching elder in PCA or similar denomination

• Minimum of 5 years in ministry roles

• Strong capability in both preaching and personal discipling

• Experience with cross-cultural ministry

• Proven track record of relational evangelism
