Siloam Mission seeks a Major Gifts Officer responsible for expanding a portfolio of major donors. Reporting to the Director of Philanthropy, you will manage relationship strategies with individuals and organizations capable of significant giving. Your expertise will align donor interests with Siloam Mission’s mission while fostering long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop tailored cultivation and stewardship plans for 60-80 donors

• Lead solicitation strategies to meet fundraising targets

• Build meaningful donor relationships through personal engagement

• Provide exceptional stewardship and impact reporting

• Represent the organization at community events and meetings

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of fundraising or relationship management experience

• Post-secondary education in relevant fields

• Proven track record managing a donor portfolio

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Valid Manitoba driver's license and access to a vehicle
