As Director of Philanthropy, Stewardship & Engagement, you'll directly report to the CEO, focusing on fundraising strategies and overseeing volunteer services. This role requires a leader skilled in donor management, communication, and nonprofit operations, aimed at fostering a culture of generosity and support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute fundraising strategies to meet financial goals

• Manage donor relationships and stewardship processes

• Oversee communications and public relations efforts

• Lead and mentor a dynamic team of professionals

• Ensure compliance with ethical fundraising standards

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years in a senior nonprofit leadership role

• Proven success in fundraising and donor engagement

• Knowledge of donor management software

• Valid Class 5F driver’s license and reliable vehicle

• Relevant degree or equivalent experience
