Siloam Major Gifts Consultant

In this crucial role, the Major Gifts Officer reports to the Director of Philanthropy, focusing on building and managing a comprehensive portfolio of major donors. You will identify giving opportunities, cultivate relationships, and implement effective solicitation strategies. Your efforts will directly contribute to Siloam Mission’s growth and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and manage individualized donor cultivation and stewardship plans

• Identify and engage legacy gift prospects and corporate donors

• Conduct personal visits and outreach to deepen relationships

• Provide robust stewardship and communicate impact reports

• Assist with donor recognition and fundraising events

Requirements:

• Background in fundraising or sales with at least 3 years of experience

• Bachelor's degree or relevant qualifications

• Proven ability to manage a diverse donor portfolio

• Strong written and oral communication capabilities

• Access to a vehicle and a valid driver's license
