The Prep Assistant Cook plays a key role in pre‑preparing dishes that meet the nutritional needs of our residents and guests, using standardized recipes while maintaining high standards of health, hygiene, and safety. This position is ideal for those who are passionate about seniors and food, and who thrive as part of a dedicated dining team.

Base pay: CA $19.51 per hour.

• Love serving seniors and creating personalized dining experiences.

• Previous experience in hospitality or a similar setting.
• Leadership skills to support and guide the dining room team.
• Energy, enthusiasm, and an infectious smile.

• Assist in the preparation of meals according to standardized recipes.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in the kitchen and dining areas.
• Collab with the dining team to create a warm, comfortable atmosphere.
• Support the kitchen manager and senior staff in day‑to‑day operations.
• Participate in training programs designed to develop your skills and leadership potential.
