$60k - $80k Base Salary + Bonus + Commission

They have built a successful team of strong individuals that have built a great reputation in the building materials market. They have excellent relationships with a variety of developers and contractors throughout the West Kootenays and have a very strong presence in Western Canada as a whole.

They have an incredible leadership team and are working on building and growing further into the market with ambition and eagerness to be the best building materials supplier in Western Canada.

The Outside Sales Rep/Contractor Sales Rep will have a strong established client base located in British Columbia and will understand the construction process within the Province. With experience in the market this individual will be able to drive sales and build relationships within the Contractor space in all sectors of the construction market including commercial, residential, institutional and healthcare industries. With a strong understanding in the industry, a great reputation and a focus on building further relationships this individual will have success building teams and developing relationships within the Kootenay area.

This candidate will have the following aspects;

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business or Finance, an asset
• 3 - 5 years' experience in Outside Sales/Contractor Sales with strong relationships in the construction industry
• Excellent knowledge of the building materials industry
• Strong experience working in British Columbia and Western Canada
• Strong work ethic, sense of responsibility and attention to detail and confidentiality
• Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office
• Excellent presentation and communication skill set
