- Location:
Mission, BC V2V 5J2 - Salary: $36.60 hourly / 40 hours per week
- Terms of employment:
Permanent employment, full time - Starts as soon as possible
2 years to less than 3 years.
Responsibilities- Prepare layouts in conformance to building codes, using measuring tools.
- Measure, cut, shape, assemble and join materials made of wood, wood substitutes, lightweight steel and other materials.
- Build foundations, install floor beams, lay subflooring and erect walls and roof systems.
- Fit and install windows, doors, stairs, mouldings and hardware.
- Supervise other workers.
- Estimate costs and materials.
- Maintain, repair and renovate residences and wooden structures in mills, mines, hospitals, industrial plants and other establishments.
- Permanent resident of Canada.
- Temporary resident of Canada with a valid work permit.
