Position: Farm Supervisor for Crop Operations
Enhance your agricultural expertise as a Farm Supervisor responsible for supervising crop operations. Oversee general workers and ensure safety protocols are upheld on-site.

We are seeking two positions in this role, suitable for candidates with 1 to 7 months of relevant experience. You'll coordinate the daily tasks of farm workers, ensure quality control, and manage crop harvesting. A Grade 12 education or equivalent is required to apply for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Harvest seedlings and supervise their care

• Co-ordinate and lead general farm workers effectively

• Uphold farm safety and bio-security protocols

• Maintain production and quality control records

• Operate and ensure proper maintenance of farm machinery

Requirements:

• 1 to less than 7 months of experience in farming

• Grade 12 education or equivalent

• Strong leadership skills for managing workers

• Knowledge of safety procedures in farm settings

• Ability to operate and maintain agricultural equipment
