Responsibilities- Direct agricultural crop deleafing activities.
- Direct farm grooming activities.
- Harvest seedlings.
- Organize tasks to accomplish the work.
- Oversee the process of hoeing crops.
- Coordinate and supervise the work of general farm workers and harvesting laborers.
- Ensure farm safety and bio‑security procedures are followed.
- Maintain quality control and production records.
- Supervise and oversee growing and other crop‑related operations.
- Maintain work records and logs.
- Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment.
- Plant, cultivate and irrigate crops.
Supervision: 5-10 people.
Work ConditionsFast‑paced environment.
