Copeland is seeking a Field Service Specialist dedicated to our Retail Solutions. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, interpersonal skills, and a proactive approach to resolving HVAC mechanical, electrical, and control issues. Success in this role hinges on establishing rapport with customers and ensuring seamless service delivery across various sites.
Key Responsibilities:
• Troubleshoot HVAC mechanical and electrical problems
• Ensure high customer satisfaction and effective communication
• Conduct regular meetings with clients to assess needs
• Promote sale of additional work and recommendations
• Assist in system loading and commissioning processes
Requirements:
• Associate’s degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum 2 years with HVAC controls or building automation
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Capacity to explain complex information to varied audiences
• Ability to travel within Canada and the U.S.
