** Shop Foreman
** to lead our service department to the next level. This is a key leadership role for a hands-on professional who understands dealership processes, leads by example, and knows how to develop top-performing technicians.

* What You’ll Do:

*** Lead, mentor, and grow a team of technicians through coaching, training, and accountability
* Ensure shop productivity, quality, and efficiency meet or exceed dealership standards
* Oversee repair quality, diagnostics, and workflow to support customer satisfaction
* Enforce and improve service processes, safety standards, and manufacturer guidelines
* Act as a technical resource and problem-solver for complex repairs
* Collaborate with Service Advisors and Management to drive performance and profitability

* What We’re Looking For:

*** Proven leadership experience in a dealership service environment
* Strong understanding of dealership service processes and workflow
* Prior

The Annual Estimated Earnings Range is $84,600.00 - $.This is a performance driven position eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes Commissions based on Department Net, and bonuses based on Manufacturer Approvability, Department Production (Flat Rate Hours Sold)
