Now Hiring – Field Land Surveyor / Survey Party Chief
Mission Land Surveying is looking for an experienced Field Land Surveyor to join our team for residential surveying projects throughout Southern California.
Responsibilities- Search for and recover property monuments.
- Perform construction staking.
- Operate GPS and total station equipment.
- Fly drones for aerial mapping (FAA Part 107 certification is a plus, but not required).
- Collect accurate field data and maintain field notes.
- Work independently while communicating with the office.
- Experience with boundary surveys and construction staking.
- Knowledge of Trimble survey equipment is preferred.
- Experience locating survey monuments.
- Valid California driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Reliable, dependable, and able to work outdoors.
