Ultimate Staffing is partnering with a south OC property management company expanding their Resident Services Center team and seeking new team members to become a vital part of their thriving, welcoming living community.

Location: Fully onsite in Mission Viejo, CA
Job Type: Temporary-to-Hire
Schedule: 8AM - 5PM, Mon-Fri

Responsibilities
  • Serve as the welcoming and professional point of contact for residents calling into the community support line
  • Handle incoming calls regarding maintenance requests, community amenities, billing questions, and general inquiries
  • Listen actively and provide clear, friendly, solution‑oriented guidance
  • Create service tickets and accurately document resident needs in the system
  • Follow up on open requests to ensure residents feel supported and informed
  • Collaborate with on‑site property teams to route issues and share important information
  • Maintain a calm, positive attitude during busy periods or challenging conversations
  • Contribute to a team culture focused on helpfulness, empathy, and resident satisfaction
Qualifications
  • Experience in customer service, call centers, hospitality, or property management
  • A positive attitude and a genuine desire to help people feel at home
