OC Perio & Implants Dental Group is a high-end, well-established periodontal and dental implant practice with 47 years of excellence serving the Mission Viejo community. We are seeking an experienced Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) who is confident in periodontal care, patient education, and delivering an elevated specialty-practice patient experience.

This role is ideal for a hygienist who values clinical excellence, strong communication, and teamwork in a stable, professional environment.

• Full-Time
• 4 Days/Week

• Deliver high-quality periodontal hygiene care in a specialty setting
• Perform periodontal maintenance therapy and supportive care based on established protocols
• Educate patients on gum disease, treatment recommendations, and home-care best practices
• Ensure a smooth, high-end patient experience from check-in to follow-up coordination
• Collaborate with doctors, assistants, and front office to maintain an efficient schedule flow
• Document clinical findings clearly and accurately

• Active California RDH license
• Experienced hygienist strongly preferred (periodontal background is a plus)
• Strong perio knowledge and confidence communicating clinical findings with patients
• Warm, professional, patient-first approach
• Reliable, organized, and a collaborative team player
• Comfortable in a specialty practice with high standards and strong systems

• $50–$65/hour (based on experience)
