School Behavior Aide

$30/hour for On Call/Sub shifts, $28/ hour for M-F - Weekly Pay! | Full-Time & Part-Time | Monday–Friday School Hours We are now hiring School-Based Behavior Technicians for the 2026–2027 school year for the South Orange County area!

Job Responsibilities Provide 1:1 behavioral support to students during the school day Implement Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) under BCBA supervision

Collect and record data using ABA therapy procedures

Support students’ communication, social-emotional, and behavioral skill development

Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and clinical supervisors

Maintain professionalism and consistency across school environments

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent (required)6+ months of ABA experience (required)
Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification (preferred)
Reliable transportation to school sites across Orange County Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills

Compensation & Benefits $25–$28 per hour, based on experience and education

Daytime Monday–Friday schedule aligned with school hours
