We are looking for a detail‑oriented, highly reliable Privacy Specialist to join our growing team. This is a critical, client‑facing role responsible for safeguarding individuals’ digital footprints and delivering a high‑trust, high‑impact service. This is not a typical entry‑level support role—this position requires strong judgment, ownership, and the ability to manage sensitive information with precision and discretion.

• Proactively identify, track, and remove sensitive personal information from online sources
• Manage client accounts end‑to‑end, ensuring timely execution and high‑quality service delivery
• Serve as a primary point of contact for clients via phone, email, and chat
• Communicate clearly and professionally with clients regarding progress, updates, and resolutions
• Troubleshoot complex cases and escalate when necessary
• Maintain accurate documentation and reporting within internal systems
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and client outcomes

• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive data with accuracy
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Professional, confident presence when interacting with clients
• Ability to think critically and solve problems independently
• Highly organized with strong time‑management skills
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, high‑accountability environment

• 1–3 years of experience in customer support, operations, research, or data‑related roles
• Experience conducting online research and navigating web‑based tools
• Experience using Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive) or similar platforms
• Background in privacy, cybersecurity, legal support, or investigations is a plus
