Litigation Attorney

Ghassemian Law Group, APC is seeking a skilled Litigation Attorney to join our team that is based in Mission Viejo. This is an excellent opportunity for a California-licensed attorney with 3–5+ years of business litigation experience to work on diverse and rewarding cases while benefiting from a supportive firm culture.

• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and correspondence
• Prepare all necessary legal documents for client matters
• Represent clients in court, including arguing motions
• Analyze cases and develop effective strategies to meet client goals
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and administrative staff on client meetings, billing, and project completion

• Active California Bar License in good standing
• Minimum 3–5 years of business litigation experience
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong research, writing, and communication skills
• Proficiency with modern legal technology
