Del Taco -  - Responsibilities:
Recruit, hire, and retain all restaurant employees in compliance with the employee position report.;
Ensure the entire team is certified according to the current training process and foster continuous learning.;
Develop and grow team members, evaluate performance, and recommend salary increases or disciplinary action.;
Deliver the Del Taco Brand by executing standards and maintaining facilities, equipment, cleanliness, and a consistent service experience.;
Achieve or exceed sales and profitability targets by optimizing staffing, controlling costs, and supporting local store marketing.
