RN Nurse Manager - Endoscopy for the Inpatient and Cancer Center at Providence Mission Hospital Regional Medical Center in Mission Viejo, CA. This is a full‑time leadership position.

Reports to the Executive Director or Director and maintains 24‑hour accountability in planning, managing, controlling, and organizing comprehensive, safe, efficient, and high‑quality patient care. Assists in the administration of budgetary functions. The Nurse Manager is responsible for coordinating the daily operations and clinical practice of the assigned service areas. Establishes and maintains standards of care and unit policies and procedures. Adheres to the ANA Nurse Administration Scope & Standards of Practice.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
  • Master’s Degree in Nursing or related field.
  • Internal Candidates:
    Enrolled in a healthcare or business‑related Master's program at time of hire and obtained within 3 years from date of hire.
  • External Candidates:
    Degree at time of hire.
  • Upon hire:
    California Registered Nurse License
  • Upon hire:
    National Provider BLS – American Heart Association
  • 5 years clinical experience in Acute Care including 2 years in specialty area.
  • Within 6 months (180 days) of hire:
    Certification in nursing administration, management, or specialty area as approved by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Commission on Magnet.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Upon hire:
    Second National Certification in specialty area or Professional Certification in Nursing Administration or Management, as approved by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Commission on Magnet.

Pay Range

Pay range: $74.54 - $117.65 per hour. The amounts listed are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on‑call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
