Nurse Practitioner Critical Care

Mission Heritage Medical Group is seeking a full-time nurse practitioner to join an established Critical Care Medicine in Mission Viejo, California. This role offers the opportunity to care for a high‑acuity patient population with strong clinical support and access to on‑site labs, diagnostics, and subspecialty consultation.

• Full-time (1.0 FTE), inpatient setting
• Night shift, 3 days per week (12‑hour shifts) 8:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. with rotating weekends
• No call responsibilities
• Team includes 6 physicians and 1 NP
• On‑site labs and diagnostic, availability for sub‑specialists for consultations

• Compensation is between $174,920 and $228,314 per year

The posted salary reflects the starting range of total compensation and may include productivity bonuses, incentives related to quality and performance, hospital/ED call stipends, extra shift incentives, and other forms of cash compensation as applicable to the position. Providers typically receive a CME allowance and other benefits offered by the medical group employer. This salary range is provided in accordance with State law and is subject to variation due to the factors noted above.

• ICU experience is preferred
• Critical Care experience is preferred but not required
• Adult‑Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner license is required
