Kindergarten student

We are currently seeking a compassionate and experienced LVN to provide 1:1 nursing support for a kindergarten student in a school setting for the school year.

Responsibilities:

• Provide dedicated 1:1 nursing care throughout the school day
• Monitor and manage the students specific medical needs
• Assist with daily health and safety needs
• Provide medical interventions as required, which may include tracheostomy care, G-tube/feeding tube care, suctioning, and other medically complex needs
• Communicate with school staff, family, and healthcare providers as appropriate
• Maintain accurate documentation of care provided

Requirements:

• Current and active LVN license
• Previous experience working with medically fragile children preferred
• Experience with tracs, G-tubes, and other complex medical needs strongly preferred
• Comfortable providing 1:1 care in a school setting
• Strong communication and organizational skills
