Qualifications:

• Current LPN or LVN license in good standing
• Prior experience working in a school setting preferred
• Strongly preferred:
  Proven skill and confidence with tracheostomy tube care
• Ability to provide 1:1 care, ensuring safety, dignity, and personalized attention
• Clear communication skills with students, families, and school staff
• Flexibility and adaptability in a per diem, substitute capacity

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver attentive 1:1 nursing support according to students IEPs and medical needs
• Safely manage tracheostomy care and other medical interventions as needed
• Monitor, document, and communicate any changes in student health to team members
• Promote a calm and welcoming environment for students to learn and thrive
• Collaborate effectively with educators and school staff to foster student well-being
