Emilia George is seeking a passionate and style-driven Sales Associate to join our team at our new Mission Viejo location.
As a key member of our store, you'll help create a warm, elevated, and personalized shopping experience while representing our thoughtfully curated assortment of high-quality children's products.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing brand and be part of opening a brand-new Emilia George location!
What You'll Do- Create a warm, welcoming experience for every client
- Provide thoughtful product recommendations for families
- Build genuine client relationships
- Support opening and closing procedures
- Contribute to store sales goals and team success
- Assist with inventory, replenishment, and stock organization
- Maintain a clean and beautifully presented store
- Support in-store events and community engagement
- Passionate about retail, children's products, and customer experience

- Self-motivated and results-driven
- Must have flexible availability, including weekends
Customer service and retail sales experience, including the ability to actively listen, identify needs, and provide product recommendations.
Cash handling and POS system proficiency, with attention to accuracy and basic numeracy skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with diverse customers and team members.
Ability to maintain store organization, support inventory management, and assist with merchandising and product displays.
Comfort working in a family-focused environment and an interest in pregnancy, postpartum, baby, and lifestyle products.
Reliability in a full-time, on-site retail schedule, including weekends or holidays as needed.
High school diploma or equivalent; prior experience in boutique retail or children's/family products is a plus.
