Auto Service Writer and Manager

Gregg's Mission Viejo Mobil Service Station is hiring a full-time Auto Service Writer and Manager in Mission Viejo, Orange County, CA. This full-time job starts at $30 per hour

This is a full-time, on-site job, Monday through Friday from 8 am to 5 pm. All major holidays are paid and you'll have them off.

You will start your day by greeting customers and helping them figure out what service their car needs. You will write repair orders, prepare estimates, and make sure customers and technicians understand each other. You'll set up appointments, keep everything running smoothly, and make sure every customer is happy. You'll also learn new software and work with a friendly team that enjoys what they do.

• Valid driver's license
• Good communication skills
• Willingness and ability to learn new software
• A positive and happy attitude
• Customer service experience (preferred)
