Membership Sales Associate

Overview

The Membership Sales Associate Do you have a passion for health and wellness? Are you motivated to help others? If so, this is the role for you! We are looking for a candidate who is reliable, exhibits a strong moral fiber, and possesses a positive attitude and solid work ethic. This position is responsible for customer service, maintaining a clean studio environment, and ultimately selling packages and memberships.
Seeking 15-20 hours a week. Must have general availability, including weekends. Paid Training.

Preferred / Required Experience
:
Membership Sales: 1 Year, Customer Service: 1 Year

• Greet customers by name and with enthusiasm
• Set appointments, make sales, edit the appointments using Mind Body Software
• Administer studio tours for new guests
• Accommodate members, make them feel relaxed and welcome
• Inform members of the benefits of Infrared Saunas
• Walk new members through the services
• Answer all questions about services and the facility
• Provide consistent, top-notch customer service
• Maintain clean facility and appearance
• Assist with administrative duties such as database entry

Perspire is an Infrared Sauna Studio that gives guests a 40-minute session from the comfort of their own private infrared sauna. IR saunas have been proven to aid in muscle recovery, weight loss, detoxification, healing skin issues, and helping to diagnose chronic diseases. Perspire team members have positive attitudes, strong work ethic and continue to go above and beyond for all guests who enter our doors.

We have studio locations throughout the entire nation! We offer private rooms, featuring premium amenities, including Smart TVs programmed with Netflix, HULU and Youtube, and towel service during and post-session.
