Security Officer Hospital Mobile Patrol Driver

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a healthcare location;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including de-escalation support and timely notification to site leadership and/or public emergency services as needed;
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of hospital buildings, corridors, parking areas, and perimeter spaces to help to deter unwanted activity and identify hazards, maintenance concerns, and policy violations;
Monitor access points and visitor flow as assigned, help to verify authorization for restricted areas, and assist with way finding and compliance with posted rules and/or facility guidelines;
Complete detailed incident reports, shift activity logs, and other required documentation, and communicate observations to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts during shift turnover
