Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a healthcare location;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter to deter unwanted activity and identify potential issues;
Control access by monitoring entrances, verifying authorization when required, and directing visitors to appropriate check-in and/or service areas;
Complete patrol logs, incident reports, and other documentation, and communicate observations and concerns to Allied Universal site leadership and/or client representatives;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and notify appropriate personnel and/or emergency services as needed
