Provide customer service to residents, guests, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific access control procedures, property policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities;
Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials, and document visitor, contractor, and/or delivery activity to help support authorized access throughout the location;
Respond to incidents, resident concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating issues according to site procedures;
Conduct regular and random patrols around the property, common areas, and perimeter, noting unusual activity and reporting security-related concerns;
Communicate with residents, property staff, and/or supervisors regarding access requests, policy questions, and incidents to help support daily operations
