Provide customer service to residents, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel while carrying out site-specific access control procedures and security-related policies;
Monitor access points and verify authorization for residents, guests, vendors, and service providers entering the residential community;
Maintain accurate visitor, vendor, and vehicle entry records in accordance with site procedures;
Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, including contacting appropriate personnel and/or emergency services when needed;
Conduct regular and random patrols of community access areas, common areas, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity and report observed concerns
