Operations – HVAC Restoration Lead

We are seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Lead to supervise HVAC installations, oversee water mitigation, mold remediation, and ensure all work meets manufacturer specifications, local codes, and safety protocols.

• Install HVAC equipment—air conditioning units, heating systems, ventilation components—following plans and manufacturer specifications.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documents for accurate compliance.
• Lead and supervise on‑site teams, delegating tasks and ensuring quality and efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with local codes, regulations, and safety standards.
• Conduct quality control checks throughout and after installation to confirm proper operation.
• Communicate effectively with project managers, contractors, and clients regarding project queries.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues that arise during projects.
• Maintain organized, accurate project records of work completed, equipment used, and deviations from plans.
• Train and mentor junior team members to build their skills and knowledge.
• Keep job sites clean, safe, and organized before, during, and after completion.
• Perform any other duties as assigned to support overall operations.

• Minimum of 5 years experience in HVAC installation with demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience.
• Experience in water mitigation or mold remediation.
• High School diploma or equivalent required; technical training in HVAC systems preferred.
• Proficient in reading blueprints, schematics, and manufacturer specifications.
• Knowledge of HVAC installation techniques, tools, and materials.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and team‑leadership abilities.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to various job sites.

Base Pay Minimum: $32.00 per hour. Base Pay Maximum: $40.00 per hour. Compensation varies by experience level and will be discussed during the initial interview.
