The Senior Change Program Manager leads the people, process, and operational readiness work required for high‑impact transformation initiatives across OnTrac’s last‑mile logistics network. This senior individual contributor role ensures changes are fully prepared, adopted, and sustained—acting as the gatekeeper of launch readiness. Operating as a peer to senior leaders across Operations, Engineering, Product, Finance, Commercial, Pricing, Customer Service, and Line Haul, this role drives alignment, mitigates downstream risk, and champions a structured, data‑informed approach to adoption and value realization.

- 8–12 years of experience leading transformation, change, or complex cross‑functional programs
- Proven experience driving adoption of technology and operational change in large, matrixed environments
- Strong executive presence and the ability to influence without authority
- Deep understanding of operational workflows and system‑enabled processes
- Ability to link change efforts to measurable operational and financial outcomes
- Experience in Logistics, Consulting, transformation, or enterprise program leadership experience is preferred
- Familiarity with structured change methodologies applied pragmatically is a plus
- Lead change readiness and launch governance: Own readiness for high‑impact initiatives, identify and upscale gaps, and act as the gatekeeper for go‑live decisions.
- Drive proactive alignment and planning: Build early visibility into upcoming changes and align cross‑functional stakeholders on scope, timing, and required preparations.
- Coordinate change execution across functions: Lead planning for systems, processes, training, and operating model changes to ensure smooth network‑wide adoption.
- Define and measure success: Establish adoption and value realization metrics and partner with analytics teams to track change outcomes and operational impact.
- Enable effective change leadership: Coach project owners and operational leaders on leading change, strengthening their ability to guide teams through transformation.
- Standardize and improve how change is delivered: Build foundational tools, templates, and playbooks, and lead post‑launch reviews to drive continuous improvement.
- You communicate with clarity and confidence, facilitating alignment with senior leaders and influencing outcomes without authority.
- You thrive in complexity, navigating ambiguity with sound judgment, structure, and a bias for action.
- You build trust quickly, forming strong cross‑functional partnerships across operations, technical, and business teams.
- You lead with a transformation mindset, connecting change efforts to measurable operational and financial results.
- You approach change pragmatically—not academically—tailoring frameworks to the realities of field operations.
