Quantity Surveyor – Civil & Building (-Sr--KSW)
Responsibilities

• Support the Senior Quantity Surveyor and Commercial Manager in managing all contractual and commercial aspects of construction projects
• Handle tenders, budget management, procurement, cost control and payment arrangement to suppliers and subcontractors
• Assist in change control management, final account preparation, cash flows compilation and cost forecasting
• Prepare reports, subcontracts, contractual notices and other contract documents including bills of quantities, and maintain awareness of different contracts
• Value completed work and assist in the preparation of client valuations
• Identify, analyse, and develop responses to commercial risks

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or related disciplines
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Quantity Surveyor or Assistant Quantity Surveyor in construction industry, previous experience in NEC Contract and power plant would be an advantage
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Proficient in using quantity surveying software and tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Familiar with local construction industry’s regulations and standards
• Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Quantity Surveyor
