Assistant Quantity Surveyor – Civil Projects (-ASr--KSW)
Responsibilities:
- Assist in cost control, forecasting, analysing and complying cash flows
- Handle budget management, procurement and payment arrangement to suppliers and subcontractors
- Prepare tenders and contract documents, including bills of quantities, contractual notices and maintain awareness of different contracts
- Assist in the preparation of client valuations
- Assist in change control management and final account preparation
- ldentify, analyse, and develop responses to commercial risks
Requirements:
- Higher Diploma or above in Quantity Surveying or related disciplines
- Minimum 2 years of experience in quantity surveying in the construction industry
- With NEC Contract and power plant experience would be an advantage
- Familiar with local construction regulations and standards
- Proficient in using quantity surveying software and tools
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
