Experienced Laborer

JOB DETAILS

Take up manual labor tasks and support Project Managers at our construction sites. Monitor and maintain clean and safe working conditions. Work alongside our tradesmen, assisting with day-to-day needs.

Full-Time

$15 – $22 per hour (Varies based upon skills and experience)

• Oversee organization and maintenance of Terra Nova’s storage facility
• Maintain clean and safe construction sites
• Assist Project Managers with locking and unlocking worksites daily
• Assist sub-contractors on site
• Handle and transport construction material between job sites
• Perform demolition and medium-duty construction tasks
• Be able to properly hitch and transport a trailer
• Utilize power tools and light machinery as required

• Experience or education in the construction industry is preferred
• Clean driving record and valid drivers license is required
• Self-starting, entrepreneurial spirit
• Self-Driven, ability to work unsupervised
• Great personal skills
• Familiarity with OSHA and safety standards
