Customer Service Rep
The Guest Services team is responsible for the overall guest experience from arrival to departure, including check-in, check-out, and guest inquiries. This is an excellent front-line opportunity for someone looking to begin or advance a career in the hotel industry.
Guest Services Agents play a vital role in the guest experience by acting as a host for the hotel, ensuring each guest receives a warm welcome, efficient service, and prompt assistance. This position requires the ability to multitask, attention to detail, and a commitment to upholding service standards. Guest Services Agents typically work in a team environment, handling a variety of guest interactions throughout their shift.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests warmly and professionally, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Perform check-in and check-out procedures according to brand and property standards.
- Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and feedback in a prompt, courteous, and professional manner.
- Handle guest payments, process transactions, and maintain accurate records.
- Maintain the security and privacy of guest information at all times.
- Follow all safety and security policies, including emergency procedures and fire safety protocols.
- Report maintenance concerns or safety hazards to leadership.
- Embrace and uphold the hotel's Vision, Mission, and Values.
- Perform other duties as assigned by leadership.
