Outcomes / KPIs- Deliver 100% of contracted email volume each month
- Hit positive reply rate targets per client
- Ensure all leads match the client's ICP
- Conduct weekly client check-ins and respond within 2 business hours
- Submit daily/weekly internal reports
- Recommend strategic adjustments proactively
- Flag upsell or expansion opportunities
- 1–2+ years in B2B sales, client success, or outbound campaign roles
- Skilled in cold email strategy, copywriting, and targeting (Clay, Apollo)
- Understands deliverability and inbox reputation management
- Clear, responsive communicator across Slack, Loom, and calls
- Can handle 10–15 client accounts independently
- Takes initiative to solve problems before they escalate
- Ownership: You take full responsibility for your work, meet deadlines, and operate independently without micromanagement.
- Client Obsession: You proactively keep clients informed and supported.
- Clear Communication: You share updates and expectations so no one is left guessing.
- Initiative: You spot and act on issues or improvements before being asked.
- Professionalism: You remain calm, respectful, and helpful, even under stress.
- Continuous Improvement: You look for ways to improve campaigns and processes based on data.
- Problem Solving: You bring solutions, not just problems.
- Full-time (40 hrs/week), fully remote
- Must be available for client and internal communication between 10am–4pm EST, Monday–Friday
- Outside of those hours, work can be done on your own schedule as long as deadlines and KPIs are met
- Requires fluent English, strong internet, and a quiet workspace
