Position: Go to Market (GTM) Engineer

Mission: Own and optimize outbound cold email campaigns to drive high-quality leads for clients, improve retention, and increase lifetime value.

Outcomes / KPIs
  • Deliver 100% of contracted email volume each month
  • Hit positive reply rate targets per client
  • Ensure all leads match the client's ICP
  • Conduct weekly client check-ins and respond within 2 business hours
  • Submit daily/weekly internal reports
  • Recommend strategic adjustments proactively
  • Flag upsell or expansion opportunities
Qualifications
  • 1–2+ years in B2B sales, client success, or outbound campaign roles
  • Skilled in cold email strategy, copywriting, and targeting (Clay, Apollo)
  • Understands deliverability and inbox reputation management
  • Clear, responsive communicator across Slack, Loom, and calls
  • Can handle 10–15 client accounts independently
  • Takes initiative to solve problems before they escalate

Position Description
  • Full-time (40 hrs/week), fully remote
  • Must be available for client and internal communication between 10am–4pm EST, Monday–Friday
  • Outside of those hours, work can be done on your own schedule as long as deadlines and KPIs are met
  • Requires fluent English, strong internet, and a quiet workspace
