ATG Entertainment’s Customer Experience Team Member at our venues is a welcoming front-of-house role focused on guest satisfaction and high service standards. You will greet audience members, help them find seats, answer questions and promote products.
Training is provided for all tasks and you’ll work across bars, merchandise and DAS with a strong emphasis on guest care. This fixed-term, 3-month casual position requires evening and weekend availability and involves cash handling and helping
