Key Responsibilities- Provide primary medical care to patients across all age groups, including diagnosis, treatment, and preventive health services
- Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical histories, physical examinations, and diagnostic tests
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with patients and their families
- Manage chronic conditions and coordinate care with specialists as needed
- Educate patients on health maintenance, disease prevention, and healthy lifestyle choices
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations
- Stay current with medical advancements and continuously improve clinical skills
Skills and
Qualifications:
- Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution
- Valid medical license to practice in the relevant state or region
- Board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine
- Proven experience in primary care or family practice setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Compassionate approach to patient care and community health
