We are seeking a passionate Dean of Inclusive Education to join our community. Our school is growing, and this role is vital, working with the leadership team to provide educational advice to teachers to assist with differentiation and deliver programs to students with additional needs.
This is a permanent full time position, commencing Term 2, 2026 (or negotiable for the right candidate).
Pacific Online Christian School is the distance education campus of Pacific Coast Christian School. We understand that relationship is important for learning, and our expert teaching team uses various 'live' and 'on-demand' learning experiences to establish connections with the learner community.

Students participate in first-hand activities where they can touch and feel learning artifacts as well as get curious about the world through questioning in a live dialogue with their teacher and peers.

Desired Skills and ExperienceQualifications/
Skills Required:
- Teaching Qualifications
- Technical knowledge of software and other adaptive tools students & teachers can use for engagement in online teaching and learning.
- Learning support experience in online teaching environment.
The successful candidate will have the following responsibilities:
- Liaise, support, provide leadership and collaborate with staff, external professionals and families;
- Support students with additional needs (as pertaining to the NCCD, EALD, Gifted);
- Implement processes for NCCD funding for students requiring support;
- Learning Support Administration.
