Admissions Exito Especialista (Admissions Success Specialist)

Northwestern College has an opening for a full-time admissions éxito especialista. This 12-month position involves managing a recruitment portfolio (students and territories) with a primary focus on Latino high school students, particularly in our primary markets, and promoting Northwestern’s Stand Out brand to encourage students to engage with Raider Nation and eventually enroll.

This bilingual (English-Spanish) role also supports the broader admissions team in recruiting Latino students by serving as a liaison to Spanish-speaking families and helping build strong relationships between Northwestern and the Latino community. Responsibilities include strategic communication (in-person, phone, email, text, etc.), traveling to visit students and schools, representing Northwestern at college fairs and community events, hosting on-campus recruitment activities, and initiating programming that promotes access to Christian higher education for Latino students and families.

A minimum of a bachelor’s degree is required. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and Spanish, exhibit our Team Red values (relational, energized, driven), and be organized and able to speak and write well. Knowledge of and commitment to Christian higher education is expected.
