Q, through its Social Kitchen initiative, is seeking a motivated and skilled Chef Trainer to empower aspiring kitchen staff. The trainer will coordinate training activities, assess participants’ learning needs, and provide tailored culinary instruction to help them integrate into the hospitality industry or manage small food production projects.

• Deliver hands‑on kitchen crew training sessions, ensuring an inclusive and interactive learning environment.
• Train participants in food preparation, cooking methods, hygiene, teamwork, and time management.
• Monitor trainees’ progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Document sessions, gather participant feedback, and report progress.
• Collaborate with the outreach and M&E teams to ensure alignment with project goals.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in professional kitchens or culinary instruction.
• Knowledge of kitchen safety, food hygiene, and modern culinary techniques.
• Experience in training or mentoring kitchen staff is preferred.
• Previous experience with NGOs, social enterprises, or working with vulnerable groups is a plus.
• Basic computer proficiency for documentation and reporting.
