Training Specialist

Overview

Training Specialist required to develop and implement a common SIGINT collection management training partnership between the NSA/OCMC and Combatant Commands (COCOM) to optimize SIGINT collection operations in support of Combatant Commands and partners.

• Provide expertise to draft and finalize training documentation, deliver classroom support, and present training materials to a large audience.
• Mentor junior contractor personnel involved with systems and equipment training.
• Analyze training problems to identify training needs.
• Design, develop, and conduct training.
• Evaluate training outcomes and revise materials based on student and customer feedback and operational scenario accuracy.
• Conduct inspections of training programs and personnel to ensure compliance with Government policy.
• Brief military and agency personnel while conveying operational concepts.

• Recent Mission Management experience.
• Experience developing and improving training plans and curriculum based on feedback.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to analyze and address training gaps and develop effective solutions.
