Pathways to Practice Scholarship OverviewAt Elite DNA,we believe in investing in the next generation of mental health professionals. Our Pathways to Practice Scholarship provides financial support to therapy students completing practicum or internship placements in Florida.
Scholarship recipients will beawardeda $2,000 scholarship which will be deducted fromtheirtuition costs directly by their educational institution. Additionally, students awarded a scholarship will be eligible for priority hiring after graduating, bypassing the standard interview process;as well as acompany matchsign-on bonus at the time ofhiring.
Our Pathways to Practice Scholarship is designed toalleviatefinancialburdenswhile helping students build a meaningful, long-term career in behavioral health.
Scholarship Details Award AmountScholarships are offered to 10 students in the state of Florida annually. This program is highly competitive; therefore, we encourage students to ensure their application stands out.
No CommitmentOnce offered a scholarship; the student is under no obligation to complete an employment commitment with Elite DNA.
Who Can Apply?- Enrolled in an accredited therapy program in the state of Florida.
- Starting their practicum or internship in Florida.

Scholarship recipients are eligible for hire immediately after graduating, bypassing the standard interview process, and offered a company match sign-on bonus at the time of hiring.

Work alongside psychiatry, therapy, psychology, and support teams in integrated care settings.
How long will the selection process take?You will meet with a panel for an individual interview for approximately an hour to answer questions about your internship goals, competencies, and clinical skills.
We look forward to getting to know each applicant and discussing how an internship with Elite DNA can provide a diverse, well-rounded foundation to identity and professional development.
If accepted, the student will receive information from the Director of the Internship Program and a Human Resources representative to sign Human Resources paperwork prior to starting the internship. The student is responsible for communicating with his/her designated clinical site supervisor to discuss a start date and time.
