Graphic Design AI Trainer

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Graphic Design AI Trainer to design and deliver workshops and training sessions on graphic design and AI-powered tools for individuals. The trainer will provide tailored courses focused on design fundamentals, creative thinking, and the use of AI tools to produce visual content, branding materials, and digital media. Additionally, the trainer will implement assessment and feedback mechanisms to evaluate training effectiveness and will collaborate with internal teams to strengthen program impact.

shareQ is looking for an experienced Graphic Design AI Trainer to design and deliver workshops focused on graphic design and AI-based creative tools. The trainer will facilitate interactive sessions, monitor participant engagement and progress, provide practical design techniques, and analyze training feedback. The role also involves implementing effective assessment methods and collaborating closely with internal teams to ensure high-quality training delivery.

• Deliver interactive training sessions on graphic design principles and AI-powered design tools
• Develop and customize training materials (presentations, exercises, and practical assignments)
• Guide participants in creating visual content such as social media posts, branding materials, and digital assets
• Introduce and train participants on the use of AI tools for design, creativity, and productivity
• Engage participants through hands‑on activities, projects, and real‑life case studies
• Assess participants’ progress through assignments, feedback, and evaluations
• Collaborate with program coordinators to organize and schedule training sessions
• Stay updated on the latest trends in graphic design and AI technologies

• University degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Digital Arts, or related field (or equivalent professional experience).
• Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, Firefly)
• Experience with AI design tools (e.g., generative AI tools for images, layouts, and content creation)
• Minimum 3 years of experience in graphic design, digital media, or creative training
• Experience in delivering training or workshops is preferred
• Strong understanding of AI tools in design and content creation
• Previous experience with NGOs or training vulnerable groups is a plus
