We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Inclusion Trainer to design and deliver workshops and training sessions on disability inclusion for organizations and private companies. The trainer will provide tailored courses for management and staff to promote inclusive employment practices, accessible work environments, and positive workplace culture. Additionally, the trainer will implement assessment and feedback mechanisms to evaluate training effectiveness and will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to strengthen program impact.

Summary

shareQ is looking for an experienced Inclusion Trainer to design and deliver workshops and training sessions on disability inclusion for organizations and private companies. The trainer will facilitate interactive sessions, monitor participant engagement and progress, provide practical inclusion strategies, and analyze training feedback. The role also involves implementing effective assessment and evaluation mechanisms, collaborating closely with internal and external teams.

Responsibilities and main duties:
  • Deliver interactive training sessions on disability inclusion, and inclusive employment practices for organizations and private companies.
  • Develop and customize training materials (presentations, manuals, case studies, and exercises) based on audience needs.
  • Engage with participants through role-playing, group activities, and discussions to enhance understanding.
  • Provide practical strategies and tools to help organizations implement inclusive practices.
  • Assess participants' progress through quizzes, discussions, and feedback surveys.
  • Collaborate with program coordinators and partners to organize and schedule training workshops.
  • Stay updated on best practices and international standards for disability inclusion and accessibility.
Job qualifications:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the disability sector.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and understandable manner.
  • Computer literacy and experience with Microsoft Word, and Excel.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Strong public speaking and facilitation skills.
  • Mission-driven and social spirit.
  • Leadership skills:
    Taking initiative and problem-solving.
  • Stress tolerance:
    Ability to work under pressure.
  • Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time management.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
