At Xylem, we solve water challenges that matter. To support our factory in Strzelin, we are looking for a
** Supplier Quality Supervisor
** who will lead a team of 4 people, 2 quality controller and 2 specialist level (SQE). This role will play a key role in building strong supplier quality while supporting manufacturing and sourcing projects.
** Your role:
*** Lead, coach, and develop a team of 4 Supplier Quality employees
* Lead supplier product and process verification within sourcing and development projects
* Perform supplier quality audits and support supplier approval activities
* Drive supplier quality improvement, including KPIs, PPAP, and corrective actions
* Support cost-saving and new product development projects as the quality representative
* Identify and recommend more efficient and cost-effective manufacturing solutions
* Manage critical supplier quality issues and coordinate incoming quality activities
* Promote accountability and support a strong quality culture
** What we are looking for:
*** University degree in Engineering or equivalent
* Minimum 5 years of experience in quality or engineering within a manufacturing environment
* Previous experience in leading or coordinating teams
* Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and technical drawings
* Lean / Six Sigma or Continuous Improvement experience is a plus
* Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills
* Ability to influence, coach, and work cross-functionally
* Good command of English
* Willingness to travel (approx. 5–25%) and valid driver’s license
* Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred)
