As a BIM Coordinator, you’ll join a collaborative, technically driven project team delivering complex engineering and building projects. You’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring that all discipline models are accurately coordinated, compliant with standards, and aligned with project goals. Your expertise will directly influence the quality, efficiency, and success of the project, while you operate in a structured environment where collaboration, precision, and leadership are highly valued.
Mission- You coordinate BIM models across all disciplines, ensuring integration and clash-free design.
- You enforce compliance with Health & Safety guidelines as defined in the Project Safety Plan.
- You develop, implement, and maintain BIM Execution Plans and modelling standards for the project.
- You review and validate models submitted by design teams before release to the wider project.
- You collaborate closely with engineers, designers, and owners to ensure alignment of project designs.
- You identify and resolve modelling conflicts and technical issues proactively, coordinating solutions across teams.
- You structure and organize all computer-assisted design deliverables, ensuring consistency and traceability.
- You conduct regular model audits, track progress, and report on project BIM performance.
- You act as the primary BIM reference and subject-matter expert at the project location.
- You hold a degree in a relevant technical or engineering field or bring equivalent professional experience.
- You are proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, Stabicad, and BIM collaboration platforms.
- You demonstrate strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, aeraulics, hydraulics, piping, ventilation, and thermal energy production.
- You have a good understanding of plumbing systems.
- You are fluent in French and English (spoken and written).
- You hold a valid VCA certification.
- You communicate clearly, collaborate effectively, and manage relationships across multidisciplinary teams.
