• Autonomousworking according to AES and project specific processes which are based on international standards
• Development /Adaptation of process according international standards
• Tailoring of development processes to project-specific needs
• Definition of Statement of Work for supplier
• Establishmentofdevelopment and verification environment

• Delegationofwork package tasks to project team members
• Managementofdifferent sub teams according to project objectives
• Coordination,monitoring and steering of delegated resources according to schedule and costconstraints
• Coordination and leading of internal and external Board reviews and audits
• Managementofsuppliers regarding the agreed objectives
• Generationoeeffort estimations and project schedule
• Monitoringquality of deliverable
• Provide a regularreport with respect to deliverables, schedule and quality
