This is a Solo mode that can be played by each GTA Online player individually.
We assumed that no number of near misses, botched maneuvers or mid-flight collisions could incur the intervention of the LS Safety Board, but the previous owner of this property proved us wrong. Luckily for you, Higgins Helitours is now available. Revitalize the brand, summon your personal aircraft or carefully maintain a stream of untraceable laundered income — as long as you're not proven responsible for smoking wreckage raining down on LS, it's yours to keep.
After acquiring the
Higgins Helitours
, the player can perform legitimate work to lower the
Heat level gained by doing Money Laundering missions.
The player must get in the Higgins Helitours Maverick , and head over to the tourists' locaton at a helipad. After picking them up, the player must fly over five random landmarks across San Andreas, and then deliver the tourists back to the pick-up location.
There are five different sets of locations for the mission, each with 5 different landmarks.

- Rewards $5,000 and 1,000 RP. Lowered Police Attention for Money Laundering business.
